A lot of the people who book us are not in Miami yet. They have a hotel name, a date, and a group chat. That is enough to start. It is not enough to quote if the address is “somewhere on the Beach.”

Send the building, not the neighborhood
Hotel name and room if you have it. Reservation confirmation that shows the property. Airbnb link. We work Miami-Dade and Broward. South Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura: all fine. We still need the actual place. “Miami Beach” is not one.
If you have not booked the room, say so. We can tell you whether a type of building usually works. We cannot invent a room number. Guest rules are your job to read once you have the listing.
The rest of the text
Date. Window in Eastern time. Headcount. Occasion. Surprise or not. Quiet or loud. 30 or 60 minutes if you know. Ceiling if you have one. We text a flat total before you commit. Time zone mixups are how people wait at the door at 7 p.m. thinking it was 10.
One person on the ground has to get us upstairs. If that is not you, give us their name and that they know we are coming.
Put that in one message on the contact page. We would rather tell you we can cover it than have you assume we cannot once you land.
