What We’re Looking For
- You must be 18 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. ID is verified in person at your tryout. No exceptions, ever.
- Fit, athletic build and real stage presence
- Reliable, professional, punctual — when you’re booked, you show up
- Comfortable performing for private party crowds in homes, hotels, and rentals
- Your own reliable transportation to bookings across Miami-Dade
- Gay-friendly dancers comfortable performing for male audiences are encouraged to apply — we book gay strip club and private events regularly
The Money
What You’ll Actually Earn
Pay is per booking, plus tips you keep in full. What it adds up to depends on three things: the type of show, how long it runs, and how many bookings you take.
Guys who take consistent weekend work do genuinely well. Guys who take one booking a month make one booking a month’s worth. I’d rather be straight with you about that than pitch you a number you’ll never see.
We’ll walk you through real figures when you apply — not a range designed to get you in the door, the actual math on what a typical week looks like for someone at your level. Ask us directly and you’ll get a direct answer.
No Résumé Required
Never Done This Before? That’s Fine
You don’t need stage experience to get hired. Attitude, look, and reliability matter more than a résumé, and some of the best dancers on our roster walked in with zero background in this.
What we’ll teach you: routines and choreography, how to read a room and work a crowd, how to handle a group that’s shy versus a group that’s loud, how to run a professional show start to finish. That’s the trainable part.
What we can’t teach: showing up on time and being someone a client wants in their home. Bring that and we’ll handle the rest.

Who You’d Be Working For
I’ve been in South Florida male entertainment since 1989 — first performing, then opening clubs, now running this agency. I’ve walked through that door as the entertainer several thousand times.
That’s why I don’t hire off photographs. The physical side is the least important part of this job. What actually separates a dancer who makes the night from one who makes it awkward is reading a room in the first ninety seconds. That’s a performance skill, not a gym one, and I know it when I see it because I had to learn it myself.

You’re Not Getting Thrown Into a Room
Worth saying plainly, because it’s the thing guys considering this work actually worry about and most companies won’t address it.
Every booking is vetted before anyone gets sent to it. You know the venue, the group size, the occasion, and what the show is before you accept. If a situation goes sideways at a party, you leave — and you’ll still be paid. That’s the policy and it isn’t negotiable.
We don’t send new dancers into difficult rooms alone. We don’t take bookings from clients who’ve been a problem before. And we don’t put you in a position where you have to choose between your own judgment and getting paid. Thirty-six years in this business taught me that dancers who feel protected give better shows, and clients notice the difference.

Bring your ID. We’ll see how you move, talk through the work honestly, and answer whatever you want to ask about pay and scheduling. It’s a conversation, not an audition line.

How old do I have to be to apply?
You must be at least 18 and able to show a valid government-issued photo ID. We verify it in person at your tryout. There are no exceptions to this.
Do I need experience to get a male stripper job?
No. We hire on look, personality, and reliability, then train on the performance side. Several of our strongest dancers had never been on a stage before they applied.
How much can I make?
Pay is per booking plus tips you keep in full. It scales directly with how much work you take — dancers doing steady weekend bookings do very well. We’ll go through real numbers with you during the application, not a vague range.
What areas do you book?
All of Miami-Dade and into Broward — Miami Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, Downtown, Coral Gables, Aventura, Key Biscayne, Hallandale, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale. You’ll need reliable transportation.
Is this a full-time job?
It’s whatever you make it. Most of our dancers work weekends around a day job or school. Some take everything we send them. You choose your own volume — there’s no minimum you’re required to hit.
What should I send with my application?
Two or three recent photos — one full-body, one clearer shot of your face — plus your general availability and how to reach you. Phone photos are fine. We’re assessing build and presentation, not photography.
Do I have to perform for men?
Only if you want to. Most of our bookings are bachelorette parties and women’s events. We also book male-audience events regularly, and dancers comfortable with those get access to more work — but it’s entirely your call and it won’t affect your standing either way.
