Room and who is watching
Hotel or house. Read the rules. If parents or kids might walk in, say so. Indoor, smaller bits usually fit better than a pool deck. Family in the room is its own note if that is your situation.
Surprise is common. 30-minute window. One person who can get us upstairs. Keep the couple in the room. How to run that does not change.
Length
Most sets are 30 or 60 minutes. A short appearance during a dinner you are hosting in the suite is enough for a lot of anniversaries. The hour is for a group that has sat down and is staying in. We text a flat total before you commit.
You can look at the lineup after you know the room. Black tie and the door bits show up more than firefighter on these nights. That is a preference, not a rule. Tell us the crowd.
