Not every booking is a bride. Girls’ night, a Tuesday that got out of hand, somebody in town for the weekend: we take those. Bachelorette is most of what we get. It is not a requirement.
Do not use the bachelorette checklist as a template if there is no guest of honor. The show is simpler. The building is not.
You still need a room that allows it
Hotel, Airbnb, house. Same guest list, same “no parties” line, same desk. Read the listing before you pick a look. South Beach versus Brickell is still a real fork if that is where you are sleeping.
Headcount versus furniture does not go away because nobody is getting married. We need floor. Tell us how many people will actually be there.
Surprise is optional
Plenty of girls’ nights are not a surprise. Say so. If someone in the group is the excuse and she does not know, treat it like any other surprise: 30-minute window, one person who can get us upstairs. That note still applies.
Quiet or loud still matters. A Tuesday living room is not a Saturday bachelorette. Tell us which one you are.
Length and the rest of the night
Most sets are 30 or 60 minutes. A girls’ night that also has a dinner reservation usually wants 30. A group that has sat down can take the hour. We text a flat total before you commit.
When the address and the headcount are real, send them on the contact page. You do not need a bride in the sentence.
