A Miami Bachelorette Private-Show Checklist

Bachelorette is most of what we get booked for. It is not all of it, but it is the night that falls apart when the planner is still choosing a neighborhood while the bride is in an Uber.

This is a private-show list, not a weekend itinerary. Dinner, the club, the boat: your problem. The show: date, room, who knows, how long. The way we book is the same as any other night. The group is usually louder and the guest of honor is usually the point.

Lock the room before the theme

Hotel suite, Airbnb, house, yacht, or party bus. Read the guest and noise rules. “No parties” in this county is real. What to check on the listing is spelled out separately. If the building will not allow visitors, stop and move the show. South Beach versus Brickell as a room type is its own page.

Count people against furniture. We need floor. A standard king with nine women on the bed is not a show. Say the headcount when you book so the set matches the space.

One person knows. She stays in the room.

If it is a surprise, tell us. Give a 30-minute window, not a hard time. Keep her off the lobby run. The noise complaint and the delivery bit only work if she is already inside. How to run that arrival is its own checklist. If you are calling late, have the facts ready before you hit send.

Quiet group or loud group. That changes who we send more than a photo. You can look at the lineup after the room is locked. Room first.

Length, money, and the rest of the night

Most sets are 30 or 60 minutes. A short appearance in the middle of dinner is one beat. A group that has sat down can take the hour. Do not stack a long show against a 10 p.m. table you will miss if the causeway backs up.

We text a flat total before you commit. If there is a ceiling, say it. You do not need a package decoded at the door.

When the room, the headcount, and whether she knows are settled, send those on the contact page. We will tell you what fits that bachelorette night before anyone puts a deposit on the wrong suite.
