Sunny Isles and Aventura condos look easy in the listing and then shut you down at the desk. If you want to hire male strippers in Miami for a rental there, read the building rules before you pay the host.
This page is about condo boards, guest elevators, and quiet hours in two high-rise rental markets. That page is drive time and city names. This page is condo boards, guest elevators, and quiet hours in two high-rise rental markets.
What condo buildings actually check
Guest lists after a certain time. Elevator fobs. No parties. No extra visitors who are not on the reservation. Halloween weekend is when security is already tired. Call the association or the front desk. Ask whether guests can come up. Ask whether they need names.
A “no events” line does not care that it is a bachelorette. It does not care that it is December either. If the answer is no, move the show to a hotel that takes visitors or to a house that allows it.
Sunny Isles versus Aventura as a room
Both are high-rises, water, and desks. Sunny Isles skews beachfront tourist rentals. Aventura skews longer stays and stricter boards. Neither is South Beach. Neither is a Fort Lauderdale house. Send the building name, not the city.
Looks that survive a condo living room
Indoor character entrances at the door. Black tie. A short set. Turnout gear in a glass box on the 30th floor is a noise complaint waiting on the other side of the slab. Shared amenities — gym, pool deck, party room you did not reserve — are not your venue.
Timing against the desk
Give a window that is not 1 a.m. Quiet hours are not a rumor in these buildings. If the group is coming from the Beach, the ride has to be in the plan. I-95 and US-1 at night are why we do not use a hard arrival time.
What to have in the first text
Property name, unit if you have it, headcount, whether she knows, 30 or 60. Out-of-town planners: send the confirmation that shows the property. “Aventura” is not an address.
Send it on the contact page, call 786-864-4544, or text 954-825-3462. We will tell you if that condo usually works — and we will say no if the board already said no.
We work Miami-Dade and Broward. The building still has to allow the show. Hotels, Airbnbs, homes, yachts, and party buses are all in play when the rules say so.
Most sets are 30 or 60 minutes. A shorter appearance is one beat of a bigger night. Tell us the shape of the night.
We text a flat total before you commit. No packages to decode. Number of entertainers, length, and location drive the quote.
A 30-minute arrival window exists because traffic is real. Give us a window after you expect to be in the room, not a hard arrival time while you are still in an Uber.
If it is a surprise, say so. Keep the guest of honor inside. Character arrival costs nothing extra and has to be arranged.
Quiet or loud changes who we send. Tell us in the first message. Browse the lineup for vibe, then tell us who the night is for.
Guest and noise rules come first. If the listing or the desk says no visitors, move the show.
We have been doing this in Miami-Dade and Broward since 1989. This is not a national call center routing your booking to a city we have never worked.
For a Saturday in season, book as far ahead as you can. If the date is tomorrow, call anyway.
One person on the ground has to get us from the sidewalk to the room. Send that with the address.
Call and we will tell you what we can actually cover. Call and we will tell you what we can actually cover.
Hotels, Airbnbs, private homes, yachts, and party buses are the rooms we actually work when the rules allow it. Timed, in character, quoted in writing.
Out-of-town planners should send the property name, not the neighborhood. Time zone is Eastern. Mixups are how people wait at the door at the wrong hour.
Headcount means bodies on the floor, not names in a group chat. Plus-ones count. Furniture eats space. Tell us the number that will be there when we arrive.
We work Miami-Dade and Broward including South Beach, Brickell, Midtown, Design District, Miami Shores, North Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Aventura, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale. The building still has to allow the show.
