Ten people in a suite is not twenty-five in a living room. We say that when we book. The number that matters is how many bodies will be standing on the floor, not how many names are in the thread.
This is not a formula for how many entertainers to hire. We do not publish that as a package. It is whether the room can hold a show at all.
Count furniture, not RSVPs
Beds do not count as floor. A king with people sitting on it is not a stage. We need space to walk in and for the group to stand without blocking the door. If it is one room, say so. The set has to match the space.
Lofts look bigger in photos. Sofas eat the middle. Tell us what is actually in the room. A Wynwood open floor still needs a headcount. Loft rules are separate.
Why we ask
Quiet versus loud changes the bit. Headcount changes whether the bit fits. A cop knock in a closet of a suite with twelve people is a hallway problem. A 60-minute set in that room is worse. Length follows the floor.
Give us the number that will be there when we arrive. Plus-ones that show up at 9:50 still count. We text a flat total before you commit. The number can change the quote because the room changed, not because we invented a fee at the door.
