This is about the drive south for a night out, not about picking a Broward house versus a Beach hotel. That is its own page. This is booking north of the causeway without treating “Broward” as an address.

I-95 and US-1 at night are why we use a 30-minute window instead of a hard arrival time. If the group is coming from South Beach, say so. The start time has to survive that ride.
Guest rules do not loosen because you left Miami Beach. Read the listing. Condos in Aventura are not shy about quiet hours.
