A lot of nights are dinner, then us, then a club. The show is the middle. If you treat it like the main event and also book a 10 p.m. table across the causeway, one of those things loses.
This is sequencing. Not a club review. The private show still needs a room, a window, and a number in writing.
Put the show where the group already is
If dinner is in the suite, do the show there and leave for the club after. If dinner is a restaurant, do not try to run a knock bit in the dining room. Come back to the hotel. Crossing the bay between the check and the knock is how you miss both. South Beach versus Brickell is exactly this problem.
Give us a window after you expect to be upstairs, not “when we finish dessert.” We work 30 minutes on purpose. Traffic is why.
Length against the club
Most sets are 30 or 60 minutes. If the club is the point of the night, take 30. The hour belongs to a group that is staying in. Thirty versus sixty is the longer version of that choice.
A bus between dinner and the club is a different room. Ask the operator about stops first. That is in the party bus logistics note.
Do not stack three hard times
Reservation, show, door at the club: pick two that are allowed to slip. Tell us which ones. We text a flat total before you commit.
