We work yachts. We are not the charter company. The captain’s rules beat our costume bag. Ask the operator before you put a deposit on either of us.
This is what to ask so the night is legal for the boat and possible for a show. It is not a yacht brochure. How we book the entertainment is on the homepage: date, place, headcount, a number in writing.
Ask the charter, not us, about the boat
Do they allow entertainment on board. In writing. Some boats will. Some will not, and you find out at the dock. Headcount that matches the contract, not the group chat. Where you board. What time you must be back. Weather call: who decides, and when.
Daylight on the bay is a different room than a night slip. A short set in the afternoon can work. A 60-minute indoor production usually wants a cabin or a docked boat that is not rolling. Tell us day or night. Tell us moving or tied up.
What we need after they say yes
Marina name and which dock. How a guest gets from the parking lot to the boat. Headcount on the water, not the dinner reservation. Whether it is a surprise. We work a 30-minute window. Marinas are not valet. If the gate closes, we need the code from you.
Looks: water and sun point to lifeguard, cabana, bartender. A cop knock needs a door. A boat under way does not have one. Same rule as a pool versus a suite. If you already read that page, you know why we will not send turnout gear onto a bow.
Do not stack the clock
Most sets are 30 or 60 minutes. A four-hour charter that also has dinner, a sandbar, and a hard return does not have room for a long show plus traffic back to a club. Pick the beat. We text a flat total before you commit.
Land rules are the same problem as a hotel listing. Read them before you book the dock. When the operator has said yes in writing, send the marina, the headcount, and the window on the contact page. We will tell you what fits that boat before you argue about sunset versus a slip.
